Effective 17 August 2026. This notice covers volenth.ai and the public sites for ShardAI, Vaeforge AI, BotsNBeats Studios, Amit Gulati and Arav Gulati.

What we collect

These sites are primarily informational. Where enabled, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookieless usage measurements. If you email us or submit an external pilot form, we receive the information you choose to provide so we can respond.

How we use it

We use submitted information to answer enquiries, assess pilot applications, deliver agreed work and improve our products. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Our sites are hosted on Vercel. Some application forms use Google Forms, whose own privacy terms also apply. We retain enquiry and pilot information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, legal obligations or dispute resolution.

Do not submit confidential product material unless requested. To ask what we hold, correct it or request deletion where applicable, email amitgulati@volenth.ai.
