About Volenth AI

VOLENTH AI PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on 3 August 2026. It is GST-registered, DPIIT-recognized, and Udyam-registered as a micro enterprise.

ShardAI, Vaeforge AI and BotsNBeats Studios are the three brands of VOLENTH AI PRIVATE LIMITED. They operate within the same legal entity.

The company is built and run from Delhi-NCR, India by founder and director Amit Gulati and co-founder and director Arav Gulati.

Amit is a veteran IT professional who previously held Microsoft and Cisco certifications and worked with international companies and banks during his career. He now focuses on developing products and technologies for the AI sector.

We are bootstrapped and pre-revenue, focused on turning working prototypes into verified pilots, customers and durable products.
